"The Lucid Peyote" is an exploration of how Stable Diffusion's image-to-image technology can transform traditional 3D modeling into something entirely new. The process began with a custom human model created in Daz Studio, a platform known for its detailed character design and posing capabilities. Once the model was complete, I moved it into Blender to add a range of materials, allowing Stable Diffusion to clearly identify the different components of the figure. With the rendered image in hand, I fed it into Stable Diffusion's image-to-image system, triggering a cascade of visual transformations. The resulting images were a mesmerizing blend of imagination and technology, each one offering a unique take on the original model. This experiment underscores the powerful creative possibilities that arise when 3D design intersects with generative AI.
